Heartland Song Network, KKFI 90.1FM, Kansas City Folk Fest and Lawrence Music Alliance are joining forces to support artists from the Kansas City region attending the Folk Alliance International Conference in New Orleans in January 2026. The group has organized the Kansas City Private Showcase Room at FAI2026 with 4 nights of artists from across our region and beyond.
Join us over Zoom at 12 Noon CST on Friday January 9th for a collaborative discussion about what to expect at the conference, how to prepare, how to capitalize on opportunities and how to support each other at FAI2026.
While artists attending the conference in New Orleans in January will benefit most from this discussion, it’s also an opportunity to learn more about Folk Alliance and start planning for the 2027 conference which will be in Chicago.
